How to Inspiair When It seems Hard to Inspiair?
Life universally presents many challenging situations. The world keeps spinning, day turns to night, and what was the presents becomes the past. When a challenging situation presents itself, which it does to everyone, how we respond many times determines our mental outcome, which in turn influences the physical outcome. A loss of a parent, a loss of a job, a loss of a marriage, a lost child. These losses may be figurative or actual, but in both instances can be challenging to accept and or get over. In challenging times, negative thoughts tend to present themselves, which in turn leads to more negative thoughts. This cycle can perpetuate and be hard to break. So, as soon as negativity presents itself, take a breath, inspire, and know this is only a thought, you control your thoughts, and think of something positive, inspiring. If need be, take day by day, hour by hour, second by second. I think one of the great thieves of life is being unhappy. In times of unhappiness, one of the best but hardest things to do is pay happiness forward by helping another in need. We are on this planet for a reason, everyone can inspiar another in some way. To do a good service for someone, to tell someone something positive, to help when it is not so easy to help, to listen and accept we don’t always have to give an answer. It may sound simple, but a breath in, a breath out – will always allow our minds to settle, re group, and think more effectively. A simple inspiration can lead to extraordinary inspirational thought, expression or activity that will better all.
