Inspiair, one person at a time.
It is amazing to look at all the people around us, yet know potentially nothing about them. Everyone has a story, maybe instead of telling ourself a narrative about others, we should try to learn the true story, then our conclusion(s) will be accurate. Take a second (or two), take a breath, and talk with (not to) a stranger, they may not be so strange after all. I have often sat, looked at someone in my approximation, and wondered what this person thinks I am thinking. I need to follow this blogs intensions, instead of wondering, taking the time to find out about others. To give one a moment of your time, I believe, is one of the most valuable experiences we can share. Have no invested interest, to be OK with a different perspective, to be open to an idea that is new or opposite your own, you may both learn and come away better for the moment. If we can put down the protective walls built by the narratives we learned, just maybe the world will open its arms and comfort will be felt. I would love to inspire you to start with maybe a smile, then a compliment, and commit to this act daily. We can see how the world opens our eyes and brings division, unhappiness, and alienation into perspective and invites symbiosis, … remembering - two is one, one is none, we need each other.
Thank you.
